@CricketSupport I went into a @USCellularCares store 2x and called tech support 3x. They had no idea what a “SIM Network Unlock PIN” is.
@CricketSupport I’ve verified this in-store with one of your reps in Morgantown, WV. BYOD labels it as eligible. It shouldn’t be.
@CricketSupport The US Cellular variant of the Moto X doesn’t support GSM. It asks for a “SIM Network Unlock PIN” w/ a Cricket sim card.
@CricketSupport Can you blacklist the Motorola Moto X (XT1093, the US Cellular version) from your BYOD checker? It does not work on Cricket.
